Foreclosure property websites

What are the best websites to find foreclosure and pre-foreclosures?  Or auction or on-line auction websites

We have looked at Foreclosure.com and RealtyTrac but the info seems really outdated as they show properties that show auctions had happened in 2016 or earlier this year but it is still showing as a foreclosure.  Not sure how to figure out where to find the best info.

If you're looking for a pre-foreclosure list you would need to buy that from a company that provides those types of lists such as list source.com. Once a property is foreclosed on and becomes an REO it will then be listed with a real estate agent and put on the MLS. All banks list with a realtor and have their REO's put on the MLS. There are auction sites such as auction.com and Hubzu but be sure to pay attention to their buyer fees, they get quite expensive. You can also look up HUD owned homes at hudhomestore.com.
