Pre foreclosure sales
I am sitting on a great pre foreclosure opportunity, my neighbor just received a pre foreclosure notice from their bank. They asked me if I would be interested in purchasing the property. I am. The mortgage owed is 247K, the ARV would be around 355K, the repairs would be around 25K, so the numbers look good. My questions is how can I negotiate a better purchase price with the lender?
