Auction checklist question
I'm looking to place a bid on a REO at xome.com. It will be my first time and I tried finding general information on what to look for, but had trouble finding the basics. It is a condo unit, so I'm not as concerned on the roof/foundation b/c it's attached to other occupied units; however, want to make sure I do my due diligence. What would be some things to look into before placing a bid? Inspection, title search, HOA balance,...?
