Tracking Spread Sheet for Post Sale Foreclosures

I have recently purchased two foreclosures in Maryland. I feel like I am getting the run around from the Trustees, Court Houses, and the auctioneers as to who is responsible to make the next step. Time is my money and every day it sits on someones desk it takes more money out of my pocket. Does anyone have a check list that I can use to track the process after I attend the auction?
