Anyone familiar with Property Radar? (Formerly known as Foreclosure Radar) I just signed up for a 3-day trial and I'm trying to figure it out. How accurate is the information? How does it compare to other foreclosure info sites? I've tried a couple, and this seems really involved. Is it worth the price? Any input is much appreciated.

It's a great site and all I use. It pulls data from public records. Some information is more accurate then others on it and sale dates aren't always 100% up to date as it's pulled from public records. Important to call the trustee for most accurate foreclosure status. It's great for checking on foreclosure sale dates, pulling NOD lists to market too, and a basic look at what may be owed and the mortgage chain of title may look like.
