Does anyone have any experience with getting PM Insurers to drop their requirement that the borrower sign a promissory note at the close of the short sale? Have you dealt with the companies themselves or just through the bank negotiator? I curently have two files with PMI and want to be prepared when the time comes. Any help from the experts is appreciated.
