Anyone have experience using this site Realtytrac.com?

Hello BP,

Im just starting to look into buy REOs and i have come across this website realtytrac.com. I am seeing listings on here that were first posted in 2015 of decent properties but when I do a Google search on them they all come up as off the market. It seems like the site isn't very accurate.  Anyone with experience using this site? Thanks in advance!
