Anyone use RealtyTrac?

I've been watching a trustee sale on RealtyTrac for the last 8 months keep getting pushed back.  Every push back the new auction date would be listed the day of or next day.

Now there is no new auction date it just says "awaiting update".  Anyone have any idea what this could mean?
