Right of Redemption and Lien Survival?

Are there any foreclosure lawyers on here? I have 2 questions- 1 about survival of liens and 1 about HUD right of redemption that no one in my office can answer and plaintiff's counsel is useless. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
