Executor of Estate
Ok so after doing a few hundred mailings I've gotten a few calls from executors of the estate.
does this affect the short sale transaction in any way or is it just the same? For instance - there really isn't a hardship anymore once the owner has passed away, so would a bank even consider selling short? I would think that they would consider the short sale if it makes more sense than taking the property back.
