HUD offering $100 down payment for FHA loans in June

I know the $100 down program is offering regularly in some parts of the country but I received this in an email from Chronos today:

June is National Homeownership Month and the Denver Homeownership Center is offering the FHA $100 down payment sales incentive for all HUD REO properties during the month of June. This program will be available to all Owner Occupant purchasers using FHA -insured financing (i.e. 203b, 203b with repair escrow, and 203k Rehabilitation) whose offer is accepted during the month of June.

This is a great opportunity for an owner occupant to buy a HUD home with a very low entry point
