Owner financing of mobile homes

I've been reading up on owner financing from a sellers perspective and still don't have a clear understanding of how many proprties as an individual I can owner finance in a year due to the Dodd frank safe act.  Does anyone have experience in this area and particularly in Missouri that can enlighten me?
