Tools to help track auction information

Chris Johnson
Posted

I am having a very hard time keeping organized with my research on properties.
And i see some other people at the auctions that have been in the game for ever and have their stuff together (these guys buy 10 houses a week easily).
Is there any software to help with organizing foreclosure information, sales comps, tracking when a property will go to auction (since homes get pushed back a lot), etc, etc.
its becoming more then a full time job for a few people to keep track of the homes going to auction so i am looking for tools to help with the process.
It is hard to keep track of it because there are as many as 4 different auctions all managed by 4 different companies, each one has their own format (data from their website) which I try to import into an excel file to track and so on.
Any suggestions would be great.

Thank you
