First time multi family using HELOCs

Hi all, new here! Looking to buy a first time multi - family unit (4-plex) and wanted to know if anyone has done this using HELOCs and how the process goes? I've been reading up on HELOCs and their benefits, so I'm very curious to speak to someone on their success, or trials and tribulations with this :) Thanks, Crystal
