Hello...I am 23 about to graduate and have been educating my self on real estate for a couple years now but there is something I just can't seem to figure out.. I went to the court building and got a list of foreclosure homes in the area and what they gave me was a list of names and case numbers..how do I move on from here? I searched the case number and I just don't know what to do next...please help... I am looking for a deal some kind of way... I couldn't seem to find a notice of default list...so this list is all I have ..please help...any feedback helps.

@Romell Haley try this:

http://publicnotices.thedailyrecord.com/search/res...

You can probably find more info on the properties by googling Baltimore county gis and/or Baltimore County tax assessor.
