How should I pay my listing realtor for short sale
Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum and so excited! I really need your inputs on my first short sale deal in CA.
I am meeting with the homeowner next Monday for the first time. He agreed to sell his house to me and will sign a purchase contract when we meet. Here is my question:
1. In CA, we have 5-day recssion period. Should I just sign the purchase agreement and then wait for 5 days coming back to sign the rest of documents?
2. If he says he wants his attorney reviewing paper work, what should I do?
3. I am planning to do back to back closing, therefor, i will need an agent to list the property on MLS. How should I pay him/her A to B and B to C?
4. I am looking for an agent to list this property who i also want to get short sale refferals. What kind agent should I look for? Someone who is exprienced with Short sale? I don't need him/her to negociate, I just what him/her to find the C buyer.
That is all for now. Thank you so much for your great input!!
