Too much competition

Holy cow! I received a call from a lady (phoenix, az). She checked her mail and opened my letter. She told me that there were 3 letters and 2 postcards. Crazy here in Arizona.

I really hate to point out the obvious but,...
she received several other letters and postcards, but who cares! She called you! That is exactly the sole purpose of the letter.

Would you care if that same person received 1000 letters? All they have to do, is call or conduct business through you.
