short sale MAINE anyone?

Does anyone do short sales in Maine? I just looked up the laws up there and they seem pretty strict. It's hard to tell but it looks like you have to have a license to do it and the qualifications for the license are that you need to be in debt resolution some how. It seems very prohibitive.

I found one REIA in Maine but it's way too far out there for me.
