Orlando (Orange County) Online Auctions

Hi there,  I have been a RE investor in Brevard County FL for a few years now. I am moving into the Orlando market but I'm having trouble getting title searches completed like I did in Brevard County for the foreclosure auction. In Brevard, I was told if the property at auction had any liens, tax liens, IRS liens, alimony judgements etc, and if you were bidding on the 1st or 2nd mortgage.  I tried a title company but they just sent me the documents and wanted me to figure it out from there.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this done in Orlando?

Thank you!

Mike
