Transcribing flexmls lists into useable format...

I've received a list from a Realtor of cash closes (house addresses that closed in last 6 months by cash buyers) but I need to transcribe the 'flexmls' list into something useable for printing of mail letters. If anyone knows a surefire way to get the 500+ listings into a useable form, please let me know, as to do this by hand is simply untenable.
