Pre-foreclosure strategy and questions

Hey BP members! I am new to the forums and had some questions involving pre-foreclosures.

I have some free time. Currently looking for my first rehab deal(s) and was wondering if pre-foreclosures with direct mail / phone calls was a good place to start. If so, what is the best way to find pre-foreclosures? Through websites? Should i be using a real estate agent?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Ryan

Hi Ryan I always recommend not spending any money until you make money.
