Checking Title for a Property Sold at a Trustee Auction

Hi BP friends,

I'm evaluating several properties that will be sold at a trustee auction in southern CA through Auction.com. What is the best way to see if there are junior liens on the property?

Anything else I should look out for as I evaluate these properties before the auction?

I have yet to buy from a trustee auction so any other tips are much appreciated.

Thanks!
