mass foreclosure auctions - liens, buyers responsibility

What liens are wiped out at foreclosure? 

What are the priority liens?

What cost would I (buyer at auction) have to pay POST auction?

1st mtg =  no

2nd  = wiped out

HOA liens? =

6 months of liens? =

HOA back fees no lien? =

masshealth lien? =

City tax lien? =

City tax owed  no lien?  = 

Municipal liens? =

 Betterments?  =

IRS = no or they can buy back with in 120 days? =

credit card liens =

contractor liens? =

What am I missing?

Thanks in advance any info would be helpful not ready to g to lawyer till I learn more.
