Finding a contact at Chase

Hi all BPers,

I'm trying to chase down my neighbor's property that went to foreclosure, didn't get sold at auction, and now has gone back to the bank.

I learned from my neighbor, the former owner, that Chase holds the mortgage.

Does anyone know how I would go about finding the right contact at Chase and go about making an offer on the property?

Thanks

Andrew
