Hello BP members,

I am looking to get into Tax deed sale in south florida. I wanna know what Due-Diligence i need to do for each before I bid on a vacant land, condo and single family. what are the risks involved in it and how to minimize it. 

It would be a great help, if someone can share their views and experiences or want to connect and do it together.
