203(k) Repair Requirements

Hi,

I am in the middle of doing a 203k rehab and i just had forced air heat/ac installed. The ducts going to the second floor are taking up space in closets on the first and second floor. Does anyone know if I am required to drywall around the ducts or willI pass the 203k inspection with the exposed ducts in the closets?
