After Winning a Foreclosure Bid

I had a couple of questions about what the process after winning a foreclosure auction is in Texas.

1. If the property is vacant, am I immediately allowed to change the locks and start working on the house?

2. If the property is not vacant, how do i go about removing the current occupant within the law as soon as possible?

3. Approximately how long would it take to receive the deed from the trustee?

4. Can I put the house up for sale before receiving the deed?

If anyone is willing to tell me the whole process, I will appreciate it.
