Verbiage to use with Foreclosure?
Just bought my first house at Sheriff Sale. Wondering what verbiage I could use to reach out to the former owner in order to offer an incentive ($2,000??) for leaving house in current condition and moving out by a certain date. Thanks for your thoughts!
