Easiest Short Sales

How many hours have you spent leaning how to do Short Sales? And how many have you successfully negotiated? The Banks keep changing the rules anyway. It is best to outsource your short sales to the professionals. This step will free up valuable time to talk to more home-owners and go bank your checks! The hardest part is talking to the Banks - let a short sale specialist do it for you! There are so many rules to be learnt - what to do with 2nd, 3rd, 4th liens etc... The best advise is to outsource your short sales to the professionals. If somebody has a better way - please post it here! Any update to Short Sale rules would be appreciated.

I am not biased as I do not offer short sale negotiating services so I will chime in here.
When starting out, you should learn EXACTLY how to do it all, including your own negotiations. This way, you know how it should and should not be done. Once you accomplish this, you can then move to outsource tasks and direct the hired persoanle to perform the task the way you want it done.
