$100 Down - Government Owned
So I was just poking around on the foreclosure section of the Bigger Pockets site and have seen a few properties that say $100 down - government owned. What is this about? Typically my philosophy is if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Can you really purchase a foreclosure property for just $100 down?
