@Josh Carr No, I do know a number of attorneys in Baltimore that could do a foreclosure in MD but not in those counties. Frankly it is probably best to use local guy.  Two suggestions. Look for the foreclosure auctions in those counties.  The ads should mention the attorneys name and the auctioneers name. The auctioneer should certainly know who does the legal work for the foreclosures. 

Also look for the legal paper in those counties. Most counties, at least in MD have a legal paper that is basically just read by attorneys and has the legal ads.  Many will have an online presence.  That should lead you to some of the right people.
