How do you get a loan for forclosure?

I've seen many great buy in the Houston area but having a hard time finding loans that allow a flip.Tthe homes are in need of numerous repairs and do not qualify for investments loans through banks.

How does one proceed?

Try to find a private lender in your area.  They will give loans where many banks will not.  Their rates are higher but it might work for you if your numbers are right.
