REO (certificat of completeion needed)??
Hello everyone!!!!
I have a REO under contract 6 days into my inspection period it was brought to my attention by the bank/listing agent that the bank doesn't not have a certificate of completion. After speaking with other people in the area the house was a burn down... Now my question is, Is this something the bank should clear up ? Being that there is a open permit on the property & will not have a clear title ?
