Home inspection without appliances

I am looking to make an offer on a bank owned property. It is in decent shape but has no appliances. Is a full home inspection even worth it or would it be smarter to just pay for more specific, cheaper tests, such as air pressure testing the water pipes and maybe some sort of test for the gas line? I'm not worried about any repairs on the house, I'm just concerned about any surprises after de-winterizing if I don't end up including an inspection contingency.

You can look for an inspector that will do single systems or an investor type inspection. This type of inspection is geared more toward finding large ticket items like roof, attic, structural, system wide problems like aluminum wiring. This may or may not include a written report.
