Any experience with this bank?

Hey everyone!  My wife and I are looking at purchasing our first flip.  The house needs quite a bit of work and it has been on the market for quite awhile.  The bank that is selling it does offer owner-financing.  I am just wondering if anyone has dealt with Rose Acceptance?  They're a subsidiary of First National Bank of America.  Looking for the good, the bad, and the ugly.
