HOA final judgement and lien search
I am new to all this. My husband and I are looking at a forclosure. It is for HOA fees. The final judgement is $14,989. If we bid 15,200 for example, would we owe the fifteen thousand AND the $14,989 to pay off the judgement?
Another odd thing is the deed is listed online as being given for a sum of $10. I do not see a mortgage in the records.
Thank you.
