Newbie help with foreclosure
Hello! I found a home on HomePath that is in foreclosure. HomePath lists this property as "coming soon", and I contacted the listing agent who said "we do not have a price - it is in evaluation stage. I can contact you when I receive a list price." My question is: If the home is in an evaluation stage, can I still submit an offer?
