A few questions about buying forclosures
I'm currently looking to make a "first" deal. Most of the homes that fall into my criteria are foreclosed. My questions are, at this point, since its not at auction is it basically the same as purchasing any home? Will HML work with forclosures? And do you need proof of funds before going in? Thanks for your help!!
