First Direct Mail Campaign!!

I am pleased to announce that after about 9 months of paralysis by analysis, I SENT OUT MY FIRST MAILERS YESTERDAY!!!

I am attempting to market to distressed sellers in pre-foreclosure in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with the initial intention of wholesaling. So now that the yellow letters have been sent and i have jumped into action, I am excited/terrified/confused about what i am going to say when I start getting calls...

Do y'all have any tips or scripts you have found to work?

Thanks in advance!

-Tyler

congratulations

I just opened my REI business about 3 months ago. Currently I'm trying to build my website and my power team. I have looked at an area to farm around my zip code and now putting a list together to send out my first direct mail flyers (just have not done it yet), yes scared.

First I'm trying to see the business from the customer side as well.  I have a voice mail set up and my landing page to bring in leads.

So how did you build your team members to help with your business, like the title company?
