Auction.com Live Auction - Title Information Doc

I'm headed to a foreclosure auction tomorrow morning at the courthouse that is run by Auctions.com. I have a list of foreclosures from 4closure.info and I've researched each property by looking at comps, doing a drive by, etc.. I thought I was fairly prepared but I've been reading about titles and liens on BP and I'm starting to question how prepared I am.

On Auctions.com they provide a "Title Information" doc that lists the first lien amount, shows what the tax status is with the county, and lists any secondary mortgages. What other data should I be looking for and is this doc even legit? Doing a full title search on each and every property listed on this list would get expensive and take a long time so I'm curious what everyone else is doing.

Thanks.

I have used auction.com in the past, for any property that I was serious about I did do a check on it.  There are several sites that will do a lien and other check for under $50.  Before I spend tens (or hundreds) of thousands I feel the fee is minor!

FYI - Most likely the high bidder will be the bank that holds the mortgage.
