Auction.com -- understanding the Title

I'm in the process of learning how to invest in real estate. I found a property on auction.com, but I'm not certain about some of the unforeseen details. Is there an article or webinar that can help me understand how to read/analyze the title of the property listed auction.com?

I want to understand the liens that are on the house. As I understand it, I will definitely have to pay the property taxes, but I'm not sure how to determine which mortgage is being auctioned.

The house is small (2BR/1BA), and less than $15K -- is there a catch?

Thanks for any help!
James
