Gotta list of Preforeclosures in hot spot areas

Hey BP Fam!

My fiance is a realtor and she supplied me with a list of preforeclosures in basically the hot spot areas in Houston.

With me being a newbie, can anyone tell me the best approach when contacting these home owners that are going through these hardships?

If any one has a good script are know of any great scripts i could get some ideas from that would be helpful.

Also, would it be best to contact them through direct mail first or just go all in an call?

Would also like to offer them help with relocating with my fiance or should that wait till later?

Thanks in advance BP Fam!

@John Sherron There are many different ways to approach the owners but you need to feel comfortable in the approach. The main thing to remember is that you are offering them a quick, easy way out. Highlight the main reasons they should want to deal with you. The better job of establishing a relationship, the better chance you have. If they think you are pushy and rude, they won't want to deal with you. I think it would be best to call or knock on the door since you already have specific targets. Mail works best when you are looking at an area and don't have solid leads yet. As far as helping them to relocate, be careful when offering this service. It may seem like a really good idea to help but you are throwing more variables into the scenario. What if you are not able to find a place for them as promised? It could stop you from buying their house. I am not saying don't do it, but be careful and only offer if you have to.
