Buying a forecloure in VA
Gang: My first post on the forum, so am excited taking this journey to the next level. Recently bought a foreclosure in VA which I have to close next week. I understand the foreclosure title gets cleaned up as part of the legal process but my title company is still advising me to buy Title Insurance for an all cash deal. Plan is to flip it at the earliest so not sure if spending another $1500 on title insurance is worth it.
Appreciate any view points or experiences you may have in this regard!
