Hello BP,

I'm looking into a Bank owned SFR in Carlisle OH 45005, i was wondering if someone can help me out with some info about this neighborhood, are there a lot of investors looking to flip houses here at all ? is it a desirable or undesirable place to live?

 Any information at all will be very much appreciated.
