How many buyers do I need to get statrted?
I am in the process of building my first buyers list. Can someone let me know how many buyers I should have before I start looking for a property?

It only takes one or two to get started.
I usually only have a handful of active buyers (like between 5-10), and they keep me busy.
Focus on quality as opposed to quantity..
