Hard Money Lending back payments

Hi BP fam quick scenario question; if I was working a Pre-Foreclosure lead and the owner owed $10,000 in back payments and I wanted to try to structure some type of seller finance (wraparound deal) but I didn't have the $10,000 to cover the back payments, is there a way I could use a hard money lender or another way to get the money before the auction date?
