Time necessary to become a HUD brokerage?
Greetings;
I have been discussing a HUD house w/ my agent for since last night. Only to learn at 8:30 PM that she is NOT currently a registered HUD brokerage (or anyone in her office according to the 'find a broker' on HUD's website).
She said this afternoon that she was filling out paperwork etc. How long does it take to get your NAID to be a HUD brokerage
(my apologies is terms/grammar not quite right)
I'm gonna be PO'd if I miss this opp. because my agent didn't tell me that she nor her brokerage had a HUD approval

Just find another agent from another broker who is HUD approved...business (and life) is tough :)
