question about auction.com and hubzu
Hi everyone,
I'm planning on bidding in a couple properties I saw at Auction.com and Hubzu. Is it necessary to do a title search on the properties before bidding? Will they be paying off all the recorded liens with the proceeds from the sale?

With Hubzu you typically receive title insurance. With Auction.com, it varies. You need to read the terms and conditions of each auction for each property. It'll tell you if title insurance is available. If it's not, you need to do a title search, and if you aren't an expert in doing so you should pass on those.
