Hello BP Community,

I am working on getting a list of foreclosures, and will be going door-to-door to help people in their distressed position along with finding good deals. If you have gone door-to-door as your strategy, how did it work out for you? Also how did you present yourself and the reason you were there without the owners getting really mad or defensive about there position. I truly want to help people, but I understand that it can be a very touchy subject. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
