Hello everyone! I'm in a bit of a predicament and am looking for solutions. I got preapproved for an FHA loan and now I'm looking for my 1st property. The problem is that I love in New York and there are not that many options with the amount that I got approved for. (87,000). Can anyone refer me to anyone who can help or do you guys have any suggestions?
